Please note that these terms apply to all Authentic Memorabilia Company Ltd. purchases as well as those from any division of the Authentic Memorabilia Company Ltd. which includes the White Whale Gallery.
In cases where there are multiple quantities of a single item, a stock photo will be used. As a result, if one of these items is purchased, it is very likely that the item you receive will not be the exact one pictured. The item will typically only differ in autograph placement on the item, with any other differences being mentioned in the listing itself. If you would like to see the options that are available of a specific listing, the Authentic Memorabilia Company may be able to provide you with specific photos of some of the options available.
Please note that items such as sports equipment are not intended for use in any athletic capacity. All items sold are sold as display pieces and collectibles. The Authentic Memorabilia Company will not be held responsible for items being used as anything other than display pieces and collectibles.
In some cases, there may be quantity limits placed on specific items. These quantity limits will be placed in the title and/or description of the listing. In the event that you purchase a quantity over the specified limit, the Authentic Memorabilia Company reserves the right to refund you for purchases exceeding the maximum or cancel the order entirely.
Please note that there may be certain cases when orders are unable to be fulfilled for a variety of reasons including the lack of inventory of a specific product. Further, we do reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. In cases where payment has already been made, a refund will be processed at the Authentic Memorabilia Company’s earliest ability to do so. Although not a guarantee, the Authentic Memorabilia Company will make every effort to offer a suitable replacement product if an order cannot be fulfilled - alternatively, a discount may be offered.
Payments made on items purchased from the Authentic Memorabilia Company will be subject to the terms and conditions of the payment system used on the platform that the item was found on (e.g. eBay) and that you choose to pay with (e.g. PayPal). All refunds for any situation will be refunded through the same initial method of payment unless prior arrangements have been made. The Authentic Memorabilia Company does offer payment plans that include a non-refundable deposit on items of higher value. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for additional details.
The Authentic Memorabilia Company typically ships items within three business days after purchases, although delays may occur. In the instance of a delay in shipping, buyers will be notified by the Authentic Memorabilia Company and be provided the option to cancel the order. In regards to items marked as “pre-sale” or similar, customers will need to wait until items are received by the Authentic Memorabilia Company from the third party.
All items are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All items are shipped via a third party shipping service who makes use of various couriers. Shipping within Canada is typically carried out via Canada Post and shipping to the United States is typically carried out via USPS. International shipping varies by country but is typically carried out through PostNL. If you have any specific shipping requests, please make them known prior to purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Taxes and Duties
Please note, the Authentic Memorabilia Company is not responsible for any taxes or duties you may be required to pay upon receiving an item. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with any taxes or duties you may need to pay for items originating from Canada.
For Canadian customers: Taxes are currently included in the price that is seen on items listed on eBay.
The Authentic Memorabilia Company offers a 14 day “No Questions Asked” return policy on all purchases. This return period begins when the item is delivered, not when it is purchased. If there is no specific reason for the return, the cost of return shipping to Toronto, Ontario, Canada will be the responsibility of the buyer. If there is a reason for return, which includes item(s) damaged in shipping, wrong item(s) sent, item(s) not matching description, the cost of return shipping will be covered by the Authentic Memorabilia Company and a shipping label will be sent to the buyer to have the package returned. The refund will only be processed once the item is back in the possession of the Authentic Memorabilia Company.
The Authentic Memorabilia Company further offers a one year (365 day) return policy from the date of purchase for issues relating to the authenticity of an item. Further information on this policy is found below.
1. The Authentic Memorabilia Company strives to provide collectors of all interests with authentic memorabilia. The Authentic Memorabilia Company makes use of the knowledge and experience of many respected individuals and companies in the memorabilia industry. The Authentic Memorabilia Company acknowledges the following as experts in providing opinions on the authenticity of memorabilia:

Beckett Group/BAS Authentication
Roger Epperson Authentication Ltd (REAL)
Zarelli Space Authentication
Rich Consola (Elvis Presley Authentication)
Richard Simon Sports
Phil Sears (Walt Disney Authentication)

Any item that comes with a proven (e.g. written) opinion on the legitimate authenticity from one or more of the experts on this list is not eligible for refund on the basis of authenticity unless the expert(s) have changed their opinion on the item and proof of such a change is provided to the Authentic Memorabilia Company OR the item is proven to be categorically non-authentic. An example of the latter is an item proven to have been produced after the supposed signer’s death. In any of the two aforementioned cases, a full refund of the original purchase price and the cost of return shipping will be processed if the claim is made within one year (365 days) of the purchase date. Claims brought up after this one year period are no longer eligible for a refund.
2. The Authentic Memorabilia Company acknowledges the following companies as sources of authentic memorabilia:

Any item that is originates through these sources is not eligible for a refund on the basis of authenticity unless the source has come out and acknowledged that the specific item sold is not authentic (for any reason). Upon proof of that acknowledgment being submitted to the Authentic Memorabilia Company, a full refund of the original purchase price and the cost of return shipping will be processed if the claim is made within one year (365 days) of the purchase date. Claims brought up after this one year period are no longer eligible for a refund.
3. In addition to items with expert opinions and items sourced through the aforementioned companies, the Authentic Memorabilia Company sources memorabilia through other avenues and uses its own cataloging system that is found on this website. These are items obtained by the Authentic Memorabilia Company without expert opinion and not purchased from the aforementioned sources of authentic memorabilia, but that the Authentic Memorabilia Company still believes to be authentic. The sourcing of these items include items obtained directly by the Authentic Memorabilia Company or its representatives, items obtained by individuals hired by the Authentic Memorabilia Company, private collections, estate sales, auctions and individual memorabilia dealers. In most cases, a tamperproof hologram will be affixed to the item and that number will be logged into the Authentic Memorabilia Company database. However, some items may be offered without this hologram due to reasons such as value or item type.
No matter whether a hologram is affixed, any item that is offered without expert opinion from those in section 1 or sourced through any of the companies in section 2 is guaranteed to be authentic under the Authentic Memorabilia Company Authenticity Guarantee. This guarantee is valid for one year (365 days) from the initial purchase date and guarantees that any item purchased from the Authentic Memorabilia Company will pass any authentication service of the experts listed in section 1. If an item were to fail authentication of any expert listed in section 1, the Authentic Memorabilia Company will refund the entire original purchase price along with the cost of shipping if the claim is made within one year (365 years) of the purchase date. The Authentic Memorabilia Company will not cover any authentication charges in the case of an item failing authentication.
Holograms and Letters of Authenticity
Please note that the Authentic Memorabilia Company does not include a matching certificate of authenticity with any items that it sells. The only link to the item and the Authentic Memorabilia Company is the hologram placed on the item. Any person with access to the item is able to take the ID number on the item and look it up on the Authentic Memorabilia Company database to ensure it originates from the Authentic Memorabilia Company as well as see other information that may be available about the item. In instances of higher value items (as determined by the Authentic Memorabilia Company) or items where a hologram may not adhere to or make sense to be put on, the Authentic Memorabilia Company will issue a Letter of Authenticity (LoA) with a hologram affixed on the letter. The LoA will detail the item as well as include a picture of the item. The hologram affixed to the letter will be linked to the Authentic Memorabilia Company database and can be looked up to ensure that the item originates from the Authentic Memorabilia Company.
Please note that the Authentic Memorabilia Company is NOT a third party authenticator. Items with holograms affixed to them from the Authentic Memorabilia Company are only ones that the Authentic Memorabilia Company offers for sale. The Authentic Memorabilia Company does not provide autograph or memorabilia authentication services to individuals or other businesses. For help with authentication of items, the Authentic Memorabilia Company recommends the use of any of the authenticators mentioned in section 1.

Occasionally, the Authentic Memorabilia Company may be willing to conduct trades on items in our inventory. If you are interested in proposing a trade on any item(s) in our inventory, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 647-725-7800.
If a trade is agreed upon, the Authentic Memorabilia Company will require the other party to send out their item(s) first. Upon receiving the item(s) and confirming they match the agreed upon trade, the Authentic Memorabilia Company will send out their side of the trade. Once the item(s) are safely delivered, there will be no refunds/returns upon completion of the trade.
